warm winter project

We've had snow/ice on the ground here in the Ozarks since I returned from my vacation in Florida over a week ago.  It was nice to work on a warm winter project.

Can now be found in my shop.

I like the simpleness of this quilt and the star on the back.

Great design and I like the offset star on the back! The grid quilting is really effective too.

Really nice fabrics choices - I especially like the background fabric. A lot of rainbow quilts that I've seen have been with really modern fabrics, but I love how you used more traditional fabrics to get that same look.

I'm all for having a nice sewing time, but leaving Floriday weather to come back to snow... hmmm, that would be a tough call.

Greetings from cold Germany!

Mmmm, I love the back as much as the front. I especially like the angled quilting on the front and how it cuts across the star on the back at right angles. How did you do that?!!
